我已经步入人生的不惑之年，在这充满生机和活力的新世纪，机遇和挑战并存。我常常门心自问：“我还该不该有自己的梦想，我还有没有梦想?我的梦想在哪里?”我深思过，也傍徨过、惆怅过。凭心而论，我工作时间虽长可人生平几而普通。二十多年来，我一直默默无闻地工作，是这次竞聘上岗的机会又一次唤醒了我沉睡的梦想。我没有辉煌的过去，但是，我会把握好现在和将来。为此，我来这里展示自我，让大家认识我，帮助我，进而喜欢我，支持我。我希望能靠自己的知识和水平，靠自己的实力而不是靠运气来赢得这次竞聘。

我这次竞聘具有五个优势：

一、有丰富的机关工作经验。

我在机关工作近二十年，特别是在基层科的十多年里，我能服务好基层，并得到了基层同志的认可，有丰富的基层工作经验。

二、有较强的工作能力。

在日常生活和工作中，我能不断加强个人修养，以“明明白白做人，实实在在做事”为信条，踏实干事，诚实待人。在领导和同事的关心帮助下，我的组织协调能力、判断能力、办事能力都有了很大提高。

三、有乐于奉献的敬业精神。

我出生在农村，种过田，进过厂，吃过苦。我爱岗敬业，不管干什么，干一行爱一行，努力把工作做得更好。

四、有一定的写作能力。

我喜欢看书读报，在平时的工作中，也撰写一些信息、先进事迹、经验材料和调查报告，具备较好的文字功底。

五是有较大的年龄优势。

我正值人生中年，身体健康、精力旺盛、敬业精神强，能够全身心地投入所热爱的工作中去。

假若我有幸竞聘成功，我将不辱使命，努力工作：

一、加强学习，提高素养。

一方面加强政治理论知识的学习，不断提高自己的政治理论水平;

另一方面加强业务知识的学习，不断给自己“充电”，尽快完成角色转换，胜任本职工作。

二、摆正位置，当好配角。

在工作中，向领导多请示多汇报，真正做到工作到位不越位。

三、勤奋工作，不计得失。

我将兢兢业业，踏踏实实，吃苦肯干。

今天，我是本着锻炼、学习、提高的目的来参加竞聘。如果我竞聘成功，我会努力;如果我竞聘不成，我会更努力。我想，在一个人的成长过程中，每走一步，包括参与这次竞聘，都属于成功。天生我才必有用。我将以这次竞聘为新的起点：对待人生，会多一份梦想;对待工作，会多一份努力;对待领导，会多一份尊敬;对待同事，会多一份微笑;对待生活，会多一份热爱;对待家庭，会多一份责任。我相信，只要努力，有时我们自己都会惊讶自己的潜能。

各位，现在，我以一个小故事结束今天的竞聘演讲。

著名的发明家爱迪生费尽了大半生的财力和精力，建立了一个庞大的实验室，但是一场大火，无情地将他几乎一生的心血付之一炬。当他的儿子在火场附近找到父亲时，67岁的爱迪生居然平静地坐在一个小斜坡上，看着熊熊大火烧尽一切。他扯开喉咙对儿子说：“快叫妈妈来，让她看看这场难得一见的大火。”大家都以为这场大火可能对爱迪生的打击是沉重的，但是，他平静地说：“感谢上帝，正是这场大火，我又可以重新开始了”。没过多久，就诞生了留声机。

大家好！今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《持续国家志，致敬航天人》。

20_年10月15日晚，神舟十三号载人飞行任务航天员乘组出征仪式在酒泉卫星发射中心举行。翟志刚、王亚平和叶光富三人开启了为期6个月的飞行任务。20_年4月16日上午，三人顺利返航，圆满完成了180多天的“太空出差”任务。

回望中国航天历程，从神舟一号到神舟十三号，中国载人航天工程逐步实现了从无人到有人，神舟十三号也正式开启了中国空间站有人长期驻留的时代。中国载人航天事业再树里程碑，中华民族在苍茫宇宙间有了新的坐标点。

对于首次出征太空的航天员叶光富来说，太空是梦想的召唤，也是严苛的挑战。6个月的在轨飞行，复杂艰巨的实验与试验任务，对航天员的身心素质、知识技能、应急处置能力提出了极高的要求。航天员面临的挑战前所未有。为此，他们要经历了8大类200余项的训练。

心在九天，路在脚下，实现梦想，永远要靠一步一个脚印地奋斗，其中的汗水与泪水，也许，只有经历过的人才能体会。我们看到他们光芒万丈，可在背后，他们所默默忍受的一切值得我们了解与敬佩，他们不仅要吃读书的苦，要忍受4年左右时间里，基础理论、体质等8大类上百个科目的艰苦训练，这对生理和心理都是极大的挑战，他们都做到了。

他们都出身普通，没有显赫家世，但凭借读书实现了自己的梦想，也实现了人生的华丽逆袭。读书的力量不可低估，不管过去还是现在，它依旧是大部分人改变自己和实现人生跨越的最强大的武器。

作为伟大时代中的新青少年，我们更应用行动肩起责任，用实干诠释信念，以奋斗助力民族伟大复兴。努力汲取航天榜样的力量，学习弘扬伟大航天精神，艰苦奋斗、勇于攻坚、开拓创新、无私奉献，不断增强责任意识和担当精神。

九霄逐梦再问天，阔步强国新征程。中华民族对无垠宇宙的探索，永无止境。航天征途上每一步创新和突破的背后，都离不开一代代航天人的艰苦奋斗、不懈拼搏、自主创新。

中国航天的每一次升空、每一次飞行、每一次超越，都凝集着我们国家和民族追求科技进步的澎湃力量。

that morning, i rode my bike to school happily as usual. on my way to the

classroom, i saw some of my classmates. but when they saw me, they rushed away. that made me confused. because they would talk to me or play jokes on me before. but it was strange today.

when i came into the classroom, i found the atmosphere was quite strange.

everybody looked at me and laughed loudly. suddenly they all said in good order,“happy birthday to you!” then they began to sing “happy birthday to you——” that made me moved. i never told anyone about my birthday, how did they know? i believed they must have done a lot of things. at that moment, i found nothing to say but thanks instead!

after school, a thing coming as a surprise happened on me on my way back home. when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped my bike.i recogized them at once. they were my senior classmates. they all comlained to me,“why don't you tell us about your birthday? don't you fear that we will let you stand treat? this time you owe us.” then each of them gave a gift and a card with best wishes to me. i was deeply moved again. i suggested having a dinner together. but they all refused because of the time. then they left me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!

when i got back home, i thought of everything happened today. suddenly i felt so happy because i had such great friends around me. i thanked them from the bottom of my heart. i would value the precious friendship forever!

i have so many feelings through that special day. the only rose without thorns in the world is friendship. a true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. one friend in a lifetime is much, two are many, three are hardly possible. stick to make friends, for life without friends is like life on a desert island. to find one real friend in a lifetime is good fortune, to keep him is a blessing.

secondly,the relationship among teachers and students is harmonious.former high school teachers were tough with us while our college instructors are very benign and friendly.besides learning from them,we can also consult them about daily trouble and matters we confront.with their help,we open our minds to new appraoches and enlarge our insight.

thirdly,a harmonious relationship among schoolmates can be helpful as well. each student should not only show their individuality but slao display their unity.for instance,when studying in the library,we'r supposed to keep quiet in order not to disturb others.when we'r finishd with our meals,we should clean up the tables. also a close relation amid roomates can make us feel home.esp. in china ,six or four students come from different parts with different daily habits have to share the same dorm.so it is crucial to build a harmonious dormitory by keeping/setting up the same routine schedual.

lastly,harmonious atmosphere is not something imposed on us but something we need to cultivate,which will definitely bring more vitality to the campus.

all in all, actions speak louder than words.we must make endeavors to refresh the atmosphere and each positive effort will increase the harmony on campus.a harmonious campus is a cradle where we become social and knowledgeable.thereby, it is remained for us to create such a harmonious campus.thus we can feel warm,inspiring and live merrily in harmony.
